We know you’re excited to get your order, so we work hard to ensure it reaches you quickly and securely. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): $5.99
  • Express Shipping (2-5 Business Days): $12.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, please be aware that carriers can occasionally experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

We offer a full 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal at paperplatescheap.com to request a return authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without a valid return authorization number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

For any damaged or defective items, please contact our support team immediately so we can make it right. We may require photos of the damage to assist in our evaluation and resolve your request efficiently.
